BITS OF NEWS

Just got back from England and am busy catching up on mail, errands, laundry, etc. Will tell you all about the trip as soon as possible. Meanwhile, a new review of Perish by Pedicure is posted at the Cozy Library site. This title sold French rights...it would be cool if they sent me a copy of the translated version.

We were so close to France, just "a hop, skip and a jump"across the Channel (our tour guide used that expression). But there was plenty in England to keep us busy. Castles and gardens, parks and palaces, museums and pubs. For a glimpse of a stately mansion, take a peek at Lisa Manuel's blog. She's got a great manor house on her site. Lisa's new book is called Dark Obsession and will be coming out under the name Allison Chase. I love her historicals, and I thought of her books while we toured the castles and country estates in merry England.
